This repo contains a set of jupyter notebooks intended as companion material to the lecture notes for the UW-Madison course Medical Physics/Biomedical Engineering 573, "Medical Image Science: Mathematical and Conceptual Foundations."

This is also a way for me to get more familiar with python, git, and github.
