Release 2.9.1 Fix New-CALSAdminGroupFolder errors when running with -WhatIf. Guards Get-Acl and Get-ADGroupMember calls with existence checks so the cmdlet no longer errors on folders or groups that have not been created yet. Suppresses the icacls prompt and execution under -WhatIf.
