Physics has a conference room in Sterling Hall that used to have ZR license and installation. Multiple people regularly hosted meetings from the shared computer. In 2020 ZR went away with the demise of service accounts and empty buildings. Since returning we use personal campus zoom accounts to run meetings and use the computer, projector,cameras and room audio as a remote participant. While this works more or less adequately our PI prefers ZoomRooms behavior and would like to purchase a license. - Will campus permit this ? - How do other users employ Zoom in shared conference rooms now ?
