Today.wisc.edu displays only "More events" if the retrieved feed is currently empty

When no negative status message is displayed, people are left to wonder if there are no events or if the page that should display events is broken. ### What is your proposed solution? Add a check to the code to see if the returned feed is empty. If so, display "No [Feedname] events found" or a similar message. ### How will this impact you? This will improve the user experience for pages belonging to UW-Madison IT Connects pages with seasonal events or low event volume ### Priority Choose **one** priority level: - [ ] **High** — This feature would significantly expand what I can do in WordPress or support an important workflow or content need.
