Ability to add a headline to accordian panels

Description

It would be fantastic if we had the ability to add a headline to an accordian page element (similar to how you can add a headline to a page layout) or on top of an accordian group. Right now, the workaround of adding a text block before an accordian panel sort of works ... but the large gap between the text block and the accordian means they don't really look like related content. They float independently of each other. Alternately, being able to add a text block with less padding (similar to how the page layouts work) would also help this issue.
