Add minimum height option to Text Blocks and Featured Content Blocks

Description

We would like to display cards (Text Blocks or Featured Content) on multi-column layout but have them line up in a grid-like format. Currently the containing UW Box takes on whatever height is necessary for the content within. Blocks that appear to be in the same "row" but are actually in two different columns may be of different heights. As a hack, I wrapped the content with a div block and a specified height, <div style="height: 400px;">. It would be nice to be able to optionally specify the minimum height in a property vs manually adding the div block to the content.
