Adjust featured image crops to match common social platform dimensions

Description

The featured image 3x2 crop is often at odds with the preferred dimensions for shared images on platforms like Facebook. The result is when you design a featured image graphic to fit Facebook's parameters (1200x628px for shared links) the image gets cropped off when displayed on landing pages with post listings. It would be nice if we could just design graphics to fit one set of requirements (Facebook's) and have it work in the UW Theme.

Examples

You can see the issue in practice on this page: https://diversity.wisc.edu/news-events/. Notice how the preview images for the featured news and events are cropped on the left and right.
