Remove test environment

I changed the subscriber docs to only mention the prod API Store for a few reasons:

  • We only have a test and prod instance from WSO2 right now, so we want to be able to have an instance we can break without affecting others.
  • From a consumer point of view, it doesn't make sense to have multiple environments of an API Store.
