Heading level font inconsistencies between news and events lists

Description

The Waisman Center recently emailed us about an issue they are seeing with their news and events lists on their sites.

Essentially, ever since the UW Theme 1.14.0 release, they've noticed that their news list links appear bigger and more weighted than before. This makes the list stand out next to their Events Calendar lists.

Before:

After:

When looking at the code, you can see that Events Calendar list items are wrapped in <h2> headings while news list items are wrapped in <h3> headings. They are inheriting slightly different styles.
