Capability to embed snippets/content in multiple pages

Description

We have small pieces of content that we would like to reuse on multiple pages. It would be nice to author the content once and then embed it by reference on other pages. Plugins like shortcoder or insert pages seem to have functionality that would work.

Examples

We have dozens of services pages like this that include a block for displaying contact information for the group that supports the service. It would be nice to be able to create that contact content once (e.g., contact page ) and then simply embed it in that service page. Note that it is not necessary that the included content be a page itself, that just happens to be what I tried given the current WiscWeb.

I also tried Featured Content Block but when it pulls in the content, links and formatting don't come through, and replicating the html content in the Excerpt which kind of works but I would rather not have the page title clickable. I tried Embed but that adds extra links to the bottom of the content.
