Additional Alert for Admin User Modification/Removal
Description
Add additional alerts to WP site admins/primary admins when an admin account is removed from a site or the user role is changed. Right now there is no way for admins to tell if/when they are removed from a site or if their role has been modified. After the role has been modified, various limitations can occur based on the new "role". For example the site remains in the "My WiscWeb Sites" but you have limited options/interactions within the site (and you can't easily tell why).
