I added a link to Further Reading and References. I know it's a bit late for this, but I found this youtube video incredibly helpful for getting started, and I'm sure other people would find it helpful to. The creator seems like he spent a lot of time on it, and the views are criminally low, so hopefully more people can learn from him!
