Establish and document a flow for implementation of governance policies

    Brought over from a story in the Integration Platform team backlog:

    So that policies, practices, and patterns that are recommended/defined by the API Program team can be implemented by the Integration Platform team (IPT), establish and document a workflow by which decisions made by API program team can be put in the IPT backlog, validated, and implemented.

    AC:

    • Create a workflow that allows tech team to review/assess viability of a policy, practice, pattern, provide feedback
    • Initial workflow is documented and agreed to by API program team, technical team, other stakeholders as needed
    • Workflow enables transition from governance to technical team to implement capability as needed
