Professional development probably isn't urgent and can probably wait until the outage resolves.

University Housing has a readily discoverable website, which itself links to the MyUW Housing portal.

Voter registration isn't student-specific or even Madison-specific as such. It's not likely to be urgent during a MyUW outage. Remove the link from the outage page to reserve attention for things more likely to be urgent.

Use the URL that renders with the side navigation, for maximum usefulness in an outage situation.

The pgtpid was specific to whatever session the URL was copied out of. Drop it.

HRS Approvals are a thing, a superset of approving absences. Clearly link to them with a label that uses the word "Approve". Hypothesis: employees needing to approve things are skimming for the word "approve".

The problem with linking to the MyUW details page, is that in the circumstances where the outage page is showing, that MyUW details page probably won't render. So instead link out to Box, which is what the app directory details page would have done anyway.

Adjust section heading so that Madison and non-Madison heading use parallel structure, both "{Context} Top Resources"
